The trainer is too noisy

The noise level varies between our different trainer models and is higher on trainers such as the Pro2 and the Go, where the rear tire rubs against the rotating cylinder on the trainer. In the case of the Smart Air direct drive trainer, the noise level should be much lower.

Bkool always recommends putting a mat underneath the trainer to dampen the noise level. If you have a Pro2 or Go trainer, be sure to check that your bike is securely attached to the metal frame. Verify also that the rear tire has a pressure of 7-8 bars.

If you notice any strange or unusual noises when using your trainer, please fill out the following form and we will contact you as soon as possible with a solution.
