A virtual assistant is an automatic system capable of interacting with people through artificial intelligence. We are introducing this new technology to our Help section at the bottom right-hand corner of the page, to respond to the most common queries from users and technical assistance to customers in the fastest, direct and most efficient way.

When you click on the “contact us” button, a dialog box is displayed where you can write any type of question or select the category that is related to the query. If you don't receive the answer that solves your query, you can be transferred to an agent through an interactive form. Just type Talk to an agent to leave your query, and our agents will get back to you shortly.

Thanks to this virtual assistant, access to information is easier and faster since it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
