New support service through our virtual assistant.

A virtual assistant is an automatic system capable of interacting with people through artificial intelligence. We are introducing this new technology to our Help section at the bottom right-hand corner of the page, to respond to the most common queries from users and technical assistance to customers in the fastest, direct and most efficient way.

When you click on the “contact us” button, a dialog box is displayed where you can write any type of question or select the category that is related to the query. If you do not receive the answer that solves the query, a ticket can be opened by filling in an interactive form. Once the form is sent, you will receive an email with the number of the open ticket / incident. Soon one of our agents will contact you.

Thanks to this virtual assistant, access to information is easier and faster since it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although we are in a first phase of development, little by little this virtual assistant will incorporate new skills or functionalities to meet more and more user needs.
