How do I return a trainer I bought on Bkool.com?

If you have purchased one of our trainers and want to return it, follow these steps:

Retrieve the original packaging.

Be sure to put in the box all the components that are included with the trainer, such as the power supply, USB antenna, etc. You must ensure that the product is properly protected and sealed so that it is not damaged.

Attach a copy of the invoice or order to the box and ship it through the parcel company of your choice to the following address:

Remember that all products must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any depreciation in the product's value.
