How can I get my Bkool Smart Bike repaired?

If your Bkool Smart Bike malfunctions in some way after using it, contact our after-sales service through this form and we will tell you how to proceed to make the repair. Please, attached the purchase ticket/invoice.

Remember that if your Bkool Smart Bike is under warranty, you will not be charged anything for the repair. If the warranty has expired, please note, Bkool has recently stopped manufacturing trainers/bikes, and has sold it hardware division to Zycle.eu. It is for this reason you need to contact Zycle, they will provide you a estimate cost for the repair:
