5.1

Stand the box upright on the floor. Open the side flaps and remove the first white protective piece of foam, which holds the accessories that come with the trainer. Take out the resistance unit by pulling on the metal frame so it remains in an upright position. Finally, remove the second white protective piece of foam, where you will find the legs of the trainer.

5.2

Place the trainer on a firm, level surface. Screw on the legs by twisting them to the right. Rotate the supports on the ends of the legs until they are perfectly level with the floor.

Remember that the back of the trainer has height-adjustable screws so you can level the trainer on uneven floors.

5.3 Installing the Cassette

10, 9 or 7 speed cassettes. Slide the spacer (part 3) onto the freewheel.

11-speed road cassettes. No spacers are needed. BKOOL recommends using a maximum of 25-tooth cassettes.

Log into the Simulator.
The trainer will be paired automatically. (The trainer must be plugged in.)

If you have more than one trainer, or if pairing doesn't happen automatically:

Selecciona Go to Settings >> Connect My devices >> Bkool..

You will see a list with the trainers detected, as well as any that were previously detected.

Select the trainer you are going to use.

At this time, you can also pair any other sensors you have, such as a heart rate monitor. Click on Add and select it. Remember that the sensors can only be found if they are active.

Bluetooth:

First, pair the trainer with the computer via Bluetooth (Windows only).

Keep in mind that if your Bkool trainer is connected via Bluetooth Smart to the Bkool Simulator, you won't be able to connect it via Bluetooth Smart to another device (computer or tablet) that uses this technology.

Similarly, if your Bkool trainer is connected to another Bluetooth Smart device, it will not be visible to the Bkool Simulator and you will not be able to pair it via Bluetooth.

If you want to pair the Bkool trainer to the Simulator and to another device at the same time, you must do so via ANT+ (if the other device supports it).

Once paired, the trainer will be ready for use with the Bkool Cycling Simulator.

Create and take part in teams, leagues and rankings. Compete against real or virtual cyclists. You set the limits.
