How is my Premium subscription renewed?

The renewal process is completely automatic.

If you accessed a Premium plan through the free month (30-day trial).

You will receive a reminder email five days before the end of the 30 day trial period informing you that the first monthly payment of €11 will be charged. From then on, the same payment will be charged every month.

If you accessed a Premium plan through a 3-month coupon.

You will receive a reminder email five days before the end of the 90 days informing you that the first monthly payment of €11 will be charged. From then on, the same payment will be charged every month.

If you accessed a Premium plan through an annual subscription.

You will receive a reminder email five days before the end of the 12 months informing you that a new annual payment of €110 will be charged. This payment will be charged every year.

If you accessed a Premium plan through an annual family plan.

You will receive a reminder email five days before the end of the 12 months informing you that a new annual payment of €129 will be charged. This payment will be charged every year.

If you don't want to renew your subscription, don't worry, you can cancel it at any time.
