What is the refund policy for subscriptions?

Before the first payment of your monthly or annual subscription is charged, we will send you a reminder email.

Once the payment is made:

- No refund of monthly subscriptions will be possible.

- Regarding annual subscriptions and family plan, refunds are only possible within the first 14 days following the initial charge. You must contact through this form to request a refund of your annual subscription.

Remember that you can easily cancel your Premium subscription whenever you want. Just visit this link and click on the button Cancel your Subscription.

NOTE: You must be logged in to cancel your subscription. If you are not, you will be asked to do so when you click on the button.
