What is the refund policy for subscriptions?

Once the payment is made:

  • No refund of monthly subscriptions will be possible.
  • Subscriptions of any duration purchased through external channels to BKOOL, such as Decathlon, etc., are also non-refundable.
  • Regarding annual subscriptions and family plan, refunds are only possible within the first 14 days following the initial charge. You must contact through this form to request a refund of your annual subscription.

Remember that you can easily cancel your Premium subscription whenever you want. Just go to Bkool.com, navigate to Subscriptions within your profile, and click on the Cancel your subscription button.
