Returns policy

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

1 – You have a legal right to return your purchase. Please inform us of your decision within the legal deadline.

Deadlines. You can return your purchase for any reason within 14 CALENDAR days from the date on which you (or someone specified by you) received it. To exercise your right, simply send us a clear statement to that effect.

To start the refund process for your purchase, please fill in the following form.

2 - Wait for our response. We will confirm that everything is correct before you return your purchase to us. This does not affect the deadline for exercising your rights.

3 - Return the product to us.

  • Period for returning your purchase. You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day after you informed us of your decision to return your purchase.
  • Return your Bkool products or we can pick them up.

Trainers and Accessories

If you return a product consisting of several parts, such as a trainer, make sure you include EVERYTHING. The products must be returned undamaged. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any depreciation in the product's value.

The Customer will be responsible for a decrease in the value of a product resulting from any use of said product that is different from that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In any event, for the purpose of exercising your right of withdrawal, the Products must be returned in their original packaging together with the invoice. If they are damaged or returned without said original packaging, the payment refunded to the Customer for returning the product will be reduced by the corresponding amount. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.

Bkool Smart Bike

If you have purchased a Smart Bike, you must inform us as per point 1 of this policy of your intention to return it. Once you do, we will make arrangements for our after-sales service to go to the address that you specify to pick up the product. This way we can ensure that the product is not damaged during transport to the delivery address.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item.

Bkool Smart Bike

The home pick-up service within the EU is valued at €90 + VAT, which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

4 - We refund your purchase.

  • How much we will refund. We will refund the entire amount*using the SAME method of payment you used. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

    * If you purchased a Bkool Smart Bike, we will refund the total amount of your purchase minus the cost of the home pick-up service.

  • When. Once we verify that everything is correct. We will refund your payment within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to return your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until the customer has submitted proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
  • Time it takes to receive the refund. Once the refund is issued, it may take a few days for it to be credited, depending on your credit card.
