How can I cancel my Premium subscription?

To cancel your Premium subscription, you must first log into our website with your username and password.

Enter your profile settings https://premium.bkool.com/my-subscription and click on "Cancel your subscription?", it is so easy. The subscription will just end on the date shown and you won't be charged anymore.

Important: if you haven't entered your bank details yet, you won't see this option and the 30-day trial will simply end without any charges being made.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund you for past monthly subscriptions as it is stated in our Terms and Conditions, we are really sorry.
