Breakage of a component on my BKOOL Smart Bike

Our Smart Bike has a 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If a component breaks during this period for a reason other than normal wear and tear, please contact us through our virtual agent, you just have to write "talk to an agent" and we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a solution at no cost to you.

If the break is due to normal wear and tear, to improper use of the Bike, or if your device is out of warranty, please contact zycle for quote.
