Check if your PC detects the antenna by opening the "Device manager" in Windows or "About this Mac" in the case of Apple devices.
If it does not, this may be due to several reasons
- The USB port on your PC is damaged. Do a quick test by plugging the antenna into another USB port.
- If you have very aggressive antivirus software, it may not allow antenna drivers to be downloaded to your PC. In that case, download them from here.
- If you have another simulator such as Garmin, Zwift, Trainer Road, etc. open on the PC or tablet at the same time that you are using Bkool software, that simulator may be using the antenna, making it inaccessible to Bkool.
