You can add friends on BKOOL through the BKOOL Cycling app or via the website Bkool.com.
Through the BKOOL Cycling app
If you know someone already using BKOOL for activities and have their email address, you can send them an invitation from the friends panel.
When you finish a session, from the leaderboard displayed during the cooldown, you can send friend requests to the other riders.

Using a nickname or name
If you know the nickname or name of the person you want to add as a friend in BKOOL, all you have to do is log in at bkool.com and click on the search icon at the top of the page (magnifying glass). Three options will be displayed, select only the PEOPLE option, write the nickname in the text box and finally click on the magnifying glass again.
The people who match that nickname or name will appear. If you have found the person you are looking for, all you have to do is click on their name. Provided that this user does not have their profile set as private, you will be able to access it and invite them to be your friend.

From a completed activity
You may find that during a route you meet other users you would like to add. If you do not already know their nickname, you can access your activity history, enter the route you have completed and click on the user in the classification. This way you can get to know them better and can invite them to be your friend at BKOOL.
In order to be able to invite a user to be friends or to be invited, you need to have your user profile set as public.

Using an email address
If you know the email address of the person you want to add as a friend in BKOOL, you can do so via your profile in the Friends section. Simply write the email and click on Invite. The person you have invited will receive the notification and, if they are a BKOOL user, all they have to do is accept the invitation. In the event that the person you have invited is not part of BKOOL, in the invitation they will have the chance to register.
How does the friend invitation arrive?
Friend requests are sent to your email, regardless of how the request was made. Once you receive the email and accept the request, you can go to the "Friends" section on bkool.com to see any other pending friend requests.
Note: The maximum number of friends you can have on BKOOL is 200.
Advantages of having friends at BKOOL
You can join the sessions your friends are currently doing. To do so, click on the "Friends" icon in the BKOOL Cycling simulator. By clicking on each friend's icon, you can see their ongoing session and join them directly.
Additionally, when you log into bkool.com, you will be able to see the activities that your friends have done on the main page and, if you are interested, challenge them.
