My time doesn't show up on the ranking

Please note that rankings can take several days to get updated sometimes.

In order to resolve the issue, please follow the instructions below: 

  1- Check that you saved the stage when you were done. If so, you should have the session summary in your activity history on the BKOOL website.

  2- Confirm that you finished the stage within the established dates to be able to enter the classification.

  3- Try a second search in the stage classification. Remember to search by your profile name in BKOOL and filter by your category (MALE, FEMALE, etc.)

  4- If your results still don't appear in the classification, go to our virtual assistant (question mark icon at the right bottom corner) and send us a link to the web page with the session summary from your activity history so that we can verify your time and include your ranking manually.
